This page explains how our service model works and how we earn compensation.
Zero Cost to Customers Moving
There is no direct cost to youfor using HomeLieder's relocation coordination services when you move. You do not pay HomeLieder a fee to access our counselors, planning tools, vendor network, or move-day support. Our goal is to remove friction from your relocation—not add another bill to your move.
How HomeLieder Gets Paid
HomeLieder is compensated through partnerships with the service providers that support your move—not through charges to relocating customers. We work with a network of vetted vendors, real estate professionals, brokerages, moving companies, and related service partners. When we connect you with a partner who delivers services you need, HomeLieder may receive a referral fee from that partner.
These referral relationships allow us to offer coordination and support at no direct cost to you while maintaining a curated network of professionals we trust to serve relocating families and employees well.
Real Estate Disclosure
HomeLieder is not a licensed real estate brokerage. We do not act as a broker, agent, or salesperson in real estate transactions. Instead, we partner with licensed brokerages and real estate professionals who handle property search, showings, offers, and closings in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
Because real estate brokerage activity is regulated, HomeLieder does not receive a referral fee or commission from real estate transactions. Compensation tied to the purchase or sale of property is considered real estate activity and is handled exclusively by the licensed brokerage and agents involved in your transaction—not by HomeLieder.
Our Role: Coordinating Your Move
Think of HomeLieder as the connective layer between you and the specialists who execute your relocation. We work as a coordinator—a middleman in the best sense— between you and the vendors, agents, and service providers who make your move happen.
From your first conversation through planning, research, and preparation, HomeLieder does the heavy lifting: organizing timelines, comparing options, answering questions, and lining up the right resources before you are ready to commit. We stay with you until you are prepared to take the next step.
When you are ready to move forward—whether that means touring homes, signing a lease, or coordinating movers—you will work directly with our dedicated, vetted, and preferred agents and partners. HomeLieder remains your point of contact for coordination, but the licensed professionals in our network deliver the hands-on services in their areas of expertise.
Independent Professional Relationships
Any agreement you enter into with a vendor, moving company, or real estate professional is between you and that provider. HomeLieder facilitates introductions and coordinates the overall experience, but each partner operates under its own licensing, contracts, and professional obligations. We encourage you to ask questions and review terms with any provider before engaging their services.
