With 18 years of experience in global mobility, David has helped over 200 organizations build competitive, cost-effective relocation policies.
David specializes in policy benchmarking, lump sum vs. managed program analysis, and tax compliance strategy. He holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a certified relocation professional through ERC.
Prior to joining HomeLieder, David managed global mobility programs for a multinational technology company, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges HR teams face when relocating talent.
