Patricia HomeLieder founded HomeLieder with a vision to transform how companies and families experience relocation. With over 15 years in the relocation management industry, she has built HomeLieder from a Nashville-based startup into a trusted partner for hundreds of corporate clients nationwide.

Before launching HomeLieder, Patricia held leadership roles at two of the nation's largest relocation management companies, where she pioneered employee-centric relocation programs that became industry benchmarks. She served on the board of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and is a frequent speaker at mobility industry conferences.

Patricia is passionate about putting people first in every relocation. Her philosophy—that a successful move is measured not just by logistics, but by how supported the employee and their family feel—continues to guide HomeLieder's culture and service model today.
